Frontend Engineer
Hi there!
Excited about building modern web products used by millions of users worldwide?
Want to work with a strong product mindset, clean frontend architecture, and a team that truly owns what they build?
Join our Frontend Engineering team, where frontend excellence, ownership, and close collaboration with product, design, and data teams drive everything we do. We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who takes responsibility for features end-to-end and cares deeply about code quality, usability, and performance.
Our mission: to perfect how the world buys, owns, and trades vehicles by leveraging the power of automotive data. We’re already in 30+ markets — and growing fast.
If you want to:
• Build and deliver high-quality frontend features for large-scale web products
• Take ownership of frontend tasks within your domain — from planning to release
• Work closely with designers, QA, backend, and data teams to ship complete solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that scales
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to frontend standards, architecture, and best practices
• (Senior level) Lead complex implementations, mentor others, and influence technical decisions
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and best practices
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams
• Confidence working with APIs and understanding how frontend integrates with backend systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within your domain
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered features
• Experience with code reviews and maintaining high code quality
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
What we offer:
• A product-driven team reshaping the automotive market
• Real ownership — teams own features from idea to production
• A modern frontend stack with room to influence technical decisions
• A dynamic, supportive environment with hybrid work opportunities — office available in Vilnius and Kaunas
• Professional growth with funded training, courses, and continuous development programs
• Additional paid vacation days and health insurance
• Regular team-building events that encourage collaboration
Salary:
