Why Design intern with carVertical?

This isn’t about making coffee or running errands. At carVertical, design plays a key role in helping millions of people make safer decisions when buying cars. Our products are used globally, across multiple markets, languages, and platforms—giving you exposure to real-world product challenges from day one.Our internship program is designed to give you real, hands-on experience. You will:

• Assist in creating user flows and prototypes under guidance

• Participate in user research preparation, note-taking, and synthesizing insights

• Learn to collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers, and actively seek feedback

• Support QA and testing by verifying visual and UX consistency
  Observe and improve workflows, and learn from design critiques

• Design fundamentals: You have an understanding of visual hierarchy, accessibility, and UX/UI best practices and patterns

• Learning mindset: You seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve

• Tool familiarity: Figma is not a curse word—it’s a familiar tool to you, and you’re willing to learn others for effective collaboration

• Communication: You can clearly communicate and work with all kinds of people

• Teamwork: You bring a positive attitude and curiosity toward collaboration and problem-solving

What we offer :

• Paid internship – 1200 eur/brutto

• Duration: 3 months (with possibility to extend)
