B2B Inbound Sales Representative
About the Role
As a B2B Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll focus on engaging and converting incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner channels. You’ll consult with potential clients to understand their needs, showcase how our solutions can help their business, and guide them through the buying process.
This is a customer-first, consultative sales role — ideal for someone who enjoys helping businesses grow while hitting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify inbound B2B leads from multiple sources (website, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
- Understand client needs and pain points through discovery calls and product consultations.
- Present product value propositions, conduct demos, and prepare tailored offers.
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline to ensure smooth conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent post-sale handover to account management or customer success teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in inbound or consultative roles.
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail in managing the sales funnel.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, automotive, or data-driven products.
- Understanding of inbound sales processes and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartLeads, Lusha etc.
