In this position, you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide high-quality responses to customer emails, aiming for a 1-day turnaround;
• Process customer refunds accurately;
• Perform invoice corrections;
• Immediately inform the Team Lead about observed product issues;
• Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and understand that you represent the company in all interactions.

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or administrative roles;
• Previous experience handling customer communication via email, with a focus on clarity and professionalism;
• Experience working with customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HelpScout) or CRM systems is a plus;
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken. Additional language knowledge is a bonus.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset;
• Attention to detail when processing inquiries, refunds, and invoices;
• Solid problem-solving skills – you can assess a situation and apply the right tools or escalate when necessary;
• Empathy and patience – you truly care about the customer experience.

Salary:

1600-1900 month/brutto
