Senior CRO Specialist
We’re looking for a Senior CRO Specialist. But not the “change a button color and call it a day” kind.
This is a senior role with full ownership of a real experimentation program - across the entire revenue funnel. From digging into data and forming solid hypotheses to launching tests and rolling out what works, you’ll run the full process.
You’ll work closely with product, B2B, and marketing teams to figure out what’s blocking conversions, prioritize what’s worth testing, and run statistically sound experiments based on what actually drives results.
Every test should be set up right, tracked properly, and documented so we can learn and build on it. Every insight should have a purpose.
We’ve got the tools, the data, and the buy-in across multiple teams. Now we need someone who knows their stuff and wants to take CRO seriously.
Sound like you? We’re all ears.
Core Responsibilities
- Platform setup and maintenance
Configure and document analytics and testing stack.
Create QA procedures for data integrity, logging and version control.
- Hypothesis generation
Combine quantitative funnel analysis (SQL, product analytics) with qualitative inputs (heat-maps, session replays, user surveys) to build a prioritised test backlog.
Map each hypothesis to expected impact, required effort, and statistical power requirements.
- Experiment design and execution
Define variants, sample-size calculations, success metrics, guard-rail metrics, runtime and stopping rules (frequentist or Bayesian).
Implement tests by coordinating with front-end engineers; verify tracking and attribution tags.
- Analysis and decision-making
Monitor live experiments with pre-registered dashboards and anomaly alerts.
Compute effect sizes, confidence/posterior intervals, interaction effects and validate assumptions (e.g., SRM checks).
- Deployment and knowledge management
Coordinate code merges or CMS updates to release winning variants.
Maintain a structured archive of experiment specifications, results and code snippets for future reference.
Contribute to internal guidelines and statistical standards.
- Program governance
Track velocity KPIs: experiments per month, win rate, cumulative uplift.
Present quarterly review decks to product and marketing leadership.
- Cross team collaboration
Closely partner with the other department teams (Product, B2B) to establish success metrics, test valuation and measurement requirements for each of their channels and solve conversion issues.
Required Skills and Experience
- CRO track record
≥ 4 years end-to-end ownership of A/B or multivariate testing in e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription funnels, with documented conversion lifts.
Knowledge of marketing attribution modelling (UTM-based, MMM) and ROAS metrics.
Experience with experimentation frameworks and feature flags.
- Statistics
Proficiency in power analysis, significance vs. credibility, false-positive control, interaction and segmentation analysis.
Data engineering: SQL for ad-hoc queries; familiarity with event schemas, ETL processes and BigQuery or Snowflake would be considered as an advantage.
- Tooling
Hands-on with web analytics, testing and heat-mapping/session-recording tools.
Exposure to BI/visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated QA for web experiments would be considered as an advantage.
- Documentation & communication
Writes clear experiment briefs, technical report, and release notes; comfortable presenting findings to engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy
Able to scope, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent tests without detailed supervision.
A confident communicator with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner.
Front-end proficiency: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ability to create or review code snippets for test variants would be considered as an advantage.
Metrics You Will Own
Conversion rate (visitor → purchase or subscription).
Revenue per visitor (RPV) / average order value (AOV).
Experiment velocity and success rate.
Time-to-deploy for winning variants.
Gross salary range is 4900–6200 EUR/month depending on your experience.
- Department
- Web Management and Analytics
- Locations
- Vilnius, Kaunas
- Remote status
- Hybrid
