About the job

We are looking for an experienced Data or Software Engineer who will contribute to the extension, maintenance and improvement of data integrations used in carVertical vehicle history reports.

As a Data Integration Engineer, you will mainly focus on developing solutions for on-demand data retrieval from a vast range of external as well as internal data sources, data transformation and aggregation for vehicle history reports. Additionally, you will help shape the future of how we effectively retrieve and process not only on-demand data, but also data bulks. Last but not least, you will share responsibility for ensuring that only high-quality data reaches our end users.

Your daily focus:

• Integration of new data sources into vehicle history reports.

• Monitoring, maintenance and improvement of existing data integrations.

• Bulk data processing.

• Ensuring data quality.

• Close communication between different teams and departments.

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Data or Software Engineer.

• Proficiency in Python programming language.

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, Glue and others), MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, and Apache Airflow.

• Good communication skills and attention to details.

Optional skills:

• Experience working with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).

Salary:

From 2900 gross.
