As our Legal Counsel, you will:

• Provide legal support to Marketing, B2B, Product, and other teams on commercial contracting and business initiatives;
• Handle legal matters independently, delivering practical solutions and driving results in projects like product launches, marketing initiatives, and commercial deals;
• Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure efficient legal processes and compliance;
• Stay ahead of relevant legislative developments in key markets and manage relationships with external law firms.

What we’re looking for:

• A lawyer with 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, litigation, or tech law;
• Strong understanding of business and commercial contracts;
• Ability to assess legal risks while aligning with business objectives;
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities;
• Fluent in English and passionate about tech-driven businesses.
